Apple has officially launched the iPhone 16 Pro and 16 Pro Max, featuring larger displays at 6.3 inches and 6.9 inches, respectively. These flagship devices are powered by the A18 Pro chip, offering 15% faster performance than their predecessors and boasting a 16-core neural engine for enhanced Apple Intelligence features. The Pro lineup also comes with a 48MP Fusion camera, a 48MP ultrawide lens, and a 5x telephoto camera. Apple claims improved battery life, with the Pro Max offering up to 33 hours of video playback.

The new iPhones feature an all-titanium body with the “thinnest borders on any Apple product,” and come in four colors: black, white, natural, and the new “desert titanium.” Apple has introduced new recording features, including 4K video at 120fps, spatial audio capture, and enhanced mics for studio-quality sound. Additionally, a Camera Control button has been added, with the promise of a two-stage shutter feature coming in a software update later this year.
