This Privacy Policy explains how Prompt Blueprints handles information when you visit promptblueprints.tech, subscribe to the newsletter, make an analytics choice or submit a reader comment.

Who is responsible
Prompt Blueprints is run by Conor Dart, based in Newcastle upon Tyne, United Kingdom, who is responsible for the personal information described here. For privacy questions, access requests or deletion requests, email hello@promptblueprints.tech.
Information we receive
Newsletter signups
If you join the brief, we receive the email address you submit, together with its subscription status and timestamps so the request can be managed. The site records subscription requests but does not itself send email. You can ask us to remove your address by emailing hello@promptblueprints.tech.
Reader comments
If comments are enabled on an article, we receive the name, email address and comment text you submit, together with moderation status and timestamps. Your email address is used for moderation and is never displayed publicly. To protect the discussion from abuse, the site may also keep a one-way hash of your network address and a count of links in a comment. Raw network addresses are not published.
Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page visits in aggregate. It does not use cookies and does not build a profile of you. It runs for every visitor so we can see which pages are read.
We may also use optional analytics providers to understand how the site is used. When they are switched on they are described at the end of this page. In the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area and Switzerland, their analytics cookies stay off until you choose “Accept analytics”. Elsewhere they are on by default with a notice that lets you decline. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, they do not run. Advertising features are switched off, and we do not use advertising trackers.
Technical and security information
Our hosting and security providers process ordinary request information needed to deliver, protect and troubleshoot the website, such as the time of a request, the address requested, browser or device details and network information. Your country, as reported by our hosting provider, is used only to decide which analytics notice to show and is not stored with your visit.
How we use information and why
We use information to run and secure the website, manage newsletter requests, moderate reader discussion, answer messages, understand how the site is used, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. We rely on your consent for optional analytics cookies where the law requires it, on the request you make when you subscribe or comment, and on our legitimate interest in running, securing and improving the website.
Cookies and browser storage
Your analytics choice is remembered in your browser’s local storage for up to 180 days, and a note of whether your region needs prior consent is kept for one day. If you switch to dark mode, that preference is kept in local storage too. Optional analytics providers set their own analytics cookies only as described above. Use the “Analytics privacy” control on this page to change your choice at any time.
Who may process information
Information may be processed by the providers that host, store, secure and deliver the site, including Vercel for hosting, delivery and Web Analytics, our database and media storage providers, and, when they are switched on, the optional analytics providers described below and the spam-protection service used for comments. We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep information
We keep newsletter and comment records for as long as needed to provide the feature, moderate the site, prevent abuse, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete information we no longer need, subject to anything we must keep for safety, fraud prevention or legal reasons.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw analytics consent at any time. To make a request, email hello@promptblueprints.tech. We may ask for enough information to verify the request. If you are in the UK and unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Third-party websites
The website links to social networks and other third-party services. We do not control their privacy practices; when you follow an external link, that service’s own policy applies.
Children
Prompt Blueprints is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, please contact us so we can remove it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the website, its services or legal requirements change. The revised version will be posted here with a new date.

Optional Microsoft Clarity analytics
When you accept analytics, we use Microsoft Clarity to collect website interactions, including clicks, scrolling and page navigation, for heatmaps and session replays. We and Microsoft process this information to help us understand and improve the website. Analytics cookies link your visits; advertising storage is disabled in our integration. Forms and editable fields are masked before recording begins.
Clarity loads immediately in a limited mode without analytics cookies. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, analytics cookies stay off until you accept. Elsewhere, where prior consent is not required, analytics cookies are switched on automatically with a notice that lets you decline. We use only the country of your connection, as reported by our hosting provider, to choose which notice to show; the country itself is not stored with your visit. You can decline without losing access to the website, or withdraw using “Analytics privacy” on this page. We remember your choice for up to 180 days. Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand visits and use of this website. It starts when analytics is accepted, or after our existing regional consent check permits analytics. It stays off when you decline or your browser sends Global Privacy Control. Analytics cookies help connect visits; advertising storage, advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled. Page addresses sent by this integration exclude query strings and fragments. Change your choice using “Analytics privacy” on this page.
