This Privacy Policy explains how Prompt Blueprints handles information when you visit promptblueprints.tech, subscribe to the newsletter, use privacy controls, or submit a reader comment.

Who operates this website

Prompt Blueprints operates this publishing and learning website. For privacy questions, access requests, or deletion requests, please use the public channels on our Contact page.

Information we receive

Newsletter signups

If you join the brief, we receive the email address you submit. The site also keeps the subscription status and basic subscription timestamps so the request can be managed. The current site records subscription requests but does not itself send email. You can ask us to remove your address through the Contact page.

Reader comments

If comments are enabled on an article, we receive the name, email address, and comment text that you submit, together with moderation status and timestamps. Your email address is used for moderation and is not displayed publicly. To protect the discussion from abuse, the site may also keep moderation and spam-prevention information, including a one-way hash of a network address and a count of links in a comment. Raw connection addresses are not published.

Analytics and privacy choices

Vercel Web Analytics is the only public analytics system used by Prompt Blueprints. It runs only after you choose “Accept analytics” and only when your browser is not sending a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal. If you decline analytics, no analytics are sent. We do not use advertising trackers or cross-site tracking.

The current site does not make first-party analytics configuration or tracking requests, and new pageviews are not written to the Prompt Blueprints content database. The previous first-party analytics system has been retired. Historical aggregate analytics records may remain in the Content Studio as historical records, but no new pageviews are added to that system.

Technical and security information

Vercel and the other hosting and security infrastructure used by the site may process ordinary technical request information needed to deliver, protect, and troubleshoot the website. This can include a request time, URL, browser or device information, and network information.

How we use information

We use information to operate and secure the website, manage newsletter requests, moderate reader discussion, respond to questions, understand aggregate site usage through consent-gated Vercel Web Analytics, prevent abuse, and meet legal or operational obligations.

Cookies

The essential pb_analytics_consent cookie remembers whether you accepted or declined analytics for up to 180 days. A session cookie named pb_analytics_prompt_seen may prevent the undecided consent prompt from following you around the site during the same browser session. The “Privacy choices” control remains available on this page so you can change your choice later.

The retired pb_analytics_pages_viewed cookie is no longer set by the current site. If an old copy remains in your browser from the previous first-party analytics system, the current site removes it.

Who may process information

Information may be processed by Vercel and the other hosting, database, storage, security, and delivery providers used to run Prompt Blueprints. Public images are delivered through the site’s media storage provider. If spam protection is enabled for comments, the relevant comment and security signals may be checked by the configured protection service.

If we later connect the newsletter list to an email-sending provider, that provider will process subscriber information under its own terms and privacy policy. This project currently has no mail-sending transport. We do not sell personal information or use advertising trackers.

How long we keep information

We keep newsletter and comment records for as long as needed to provide the requested feature, moderate the site, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. You may ask us to delete information that we no longer need, subject to information we must retain for safety, fraud prevention, or legal reasons.

Historical first-party aggregate analytics records may remain in the Content Studio for historical reference, but the site no longer adds new records to that system. Consent-gated Vercel Web Analytics data is handled under the Vercel service and the site’s analytics settings.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live and which privacy law applies, you may have rights to ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information; to object to or restrict certain processing; to withdraw analytics consent; and to complain to a data-protection authority. To make a request, use the Contact page and tell us what you need. We may ask for enough information to verify and safely complete the request.

Third-party websites

The website links to social networks and other third-party services. We do not control their privacy practices. When you follow an external link or interact with a social platform, that platform’s own policy applies.

Children

Prompt Blueprints is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly ask children to provide personal information. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us so we can review the request.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the website, its services, or applicable requirements change. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new update date.
