Three OpenAI model IDs, aurora-blue-alpha, aurora-green-alpha and aurora-red-alpha, appeared briefly and were then removed, according to @Mr_Salio, an outside X account. OpenAI's All models page lists no aurora entries at the time of writing.

The technical receipt

The image shows a list change and nothing else. It has no model descriptions, capabilities or pricing, and it does not show where the list came from or whether the IDs responded to an API call.

What OpenAI's model page lists

The All models page groups OpenAI's catalogue into flagship, image, realtime and audio, open-weight, embedding and ChatGPT models, plus a long list of deprecated ones. Its flagship section names GPT-6 Astra, GPT-6.1 Sol and GPT-6 Luna. Nothing on the page carries the aurora name or the alpha suffix, and the page gives no status, capability or pricing information for them.
